We are in an exciting phase of growth and are looking for skilled professionals from Data Center sector to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

HVAC BIM Modelling (Revit)

• Develop HVAC models for ducting, chilled & condenser water piping, VRF/VRV systems

• Model AHU, FCU, FAHU, VAVs, and plant equipment

• Ensure compliance with LOD 300/350/400, BEP, and company BIM standards

Documentation & Deliverables

• Produce coordinated drawings (plans, sections, details)

• Prepare schedules, quantities, and layouts using standardized templates

Coordination & Clash Management

• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting teams

• Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Quality Control & Standards

• Conduct model self-checks and peer reviews

• Maintain naming conventions, parameters, worksets, and model health

Families & Mentoring

• Create and modify HVAC Revit families

• Guide junior BIM modelers on best practices and standards

Skills & Experience Required

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 7–10 years of HVAC BIM modelling experience (Data Centre experience preferred)

• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP (HVAC)

• Working knowledge of Navisworks, ACC, AutoCAD, Dynamo (basic)

• Strong HVAC domain understanding (ASHRAE, SMACNA – design exposure is a plus)

• Ability to translate engineering intent into accurate, coordinated BIM models
