About the job
As Corporate Recruiter France / Italy you are part of the Global People & Culture team. The team consists of the Group Manager People & Culture, Division People Managers. Corporate Recruiter and Country People Managers. You will report to the Group Manager People & Culture and with a functional line to our Country Director France and our Country Director Italy/ Italian People & Culture Manager.
This is what you are going to do
You will be the one supporting our ambitions to grow rapidly in France and Italy. Within one year you have succeeded in creating the fundament for our recruitment strategy in France and Italy. Together with your Dutch colleague in recruitment, you have found a way to streamline our process in such a way that we attract the right people and/ or expand our network with future hires.
Challenging? Yes, of course! You know better than anyone that the scarce, mostly technical engineers that Deerns is looking for, require a proactive approach to draw attention. You are therefore also able to develop a strategy and process with which we find and attract talents.
Not everything is already there. This means that starting up and implementing projects is certainly part of your job. You are the expert in the field of recruitment, labor market communication and will advise in our rebranding strategy and be part of the employer branding project team.
Also, since our team in France is relatively small, we expect you to also perform general HR tasks specifically for the France office in close relation with our Country Director and our external HR service provider. This means every step in the journey of our (new) employees will be supported by you; f.i. employee contracts, changes, implementations of new HR tools. For Italy you can rely on our Italian People & Culture Team.
What we expect from you
We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor degree with 2- 5 years of demonstrable experience in the field of recruitment and labor market communication. Preferably in a commercial, project-based (technical) environment. You are experienced in building a (business) relationship with professionals and you have a large network. You are visible on LinkedIn and you get energy from maintaining contacts with potential new colleagues. You are pragmatic and creative and willing to roll up your sleeves. You can work independently, but you are also a team player. You like to keep things structured and you see it as a challenge to make continuous improvements. Ideally you speak both French and Italian; and are proficient in English.
You are either located in France or Italy and have a strong network in at least one of those markets.
Interim is also negotiable: we start with a maximum of one year contract
